I enjoyed the stay and recommend. the personnel was very enthusiastic. - the rooms were exceptionally good. - the freshly made food was a good touch. - the hotel was in a marvellous and perfect position. - the location was near the a la carte restaurant, Alcudia old town, PLAYA de MURO Suites. I had a wonderful three-night stay at Mar Hotels Playa De Muro Suites in Playa de Muro. the staff were very enthusiastic and the rooms exceeded my expectations. the freshly made food was a nice addition, and the hotel's location was fantastic, close to the a la carte restaurant, Alcudia old town, and PLAYA de MURO Suites. I highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a great stay in Mallorca.

Great spot! Everything was super clean and the staff at the reception were so nice. the location is spot on, close to the port in Alcúdia and surrounded by a charming area. 🌟

i booked a room for a disabled guest i did not get a room suitable my room was right at the end of the corridor food not a lot of variety cold orange juice with breakfast was like water towels not changed anough times could not get wheel chair in lift not very disabled friendly entertaint rubbish

Very good location of the hotel.

Extremely dirty and weared out hotel. Very bad cleaning, where the corners on the floors and areas under table/bads are not cleaned for weeks! The doors to the balcony and the garderobe were broken and could not close. The quality does not live up to 3-stars standard!

Fabulous room with a fridge and comfy beds. the location is ideal with a beautiful sandy beach nearby. - Convenient walking distance to shops and a market.

A quiet hotel near the beach, jogging and walking areas, good parking. Short drive to marked trails for walking in the mountains.

the food was disgraceful and the variety very low, cleaning the rooms was something that wasn't done daily or wasn't done properly (like forgetting to clean the bathroom or to replace towels or soap), there was a problem with the shower water switching by itself between icy cold and boily hot so you had to quickly move away so not to get a burn. the hotel staff denied knowing of such a problem and then did nothing to fix it. we had this problem in all of the rooms (we were a group) and one with little children that had real problem because of it. during our stay we were told that the hotel will be closed in the middle of our stay and we're to be moved to a different hotel but we needed the location.. i could go on like this much longer.

The staff at the reception desk are attentive and helpful. the breakfast offering includes pastries, pancakes, and fruit, which is a nice touch. - I have stayed here before and will definitely return in the future.

The best thing that I can mention about the hotel was the air conditioning and the staff were nice especially Sheila on reception. .

Hotel should not be a three star, should be a two. Very dated, and I think needs alot of money spending on it to bring it up to a good level of a three star. Went to the Iberostar over the road by the beach, even though all inclusive, you can buy drinks etc there and is very nice. Also the prinsotel dorada hotel next door is good also. Try the lemon tree for Thai food, it looks dodgy but the food is really nice.

Spacious rooms with large balconies and comfortable beds for everyone 🌟. the meals were excellent and delicious.

It is just fabulous place to stay, the food is decent, and location is unbeatable very near the National Park. It has lovely staff members at the reception desk. The dinner in the a la carte restaurant is what you need.

no wooden spoon, washing up liquid or sponge, no grill, bad toaster. bed sheets not clean.

The weather was very good, had really nice stay for three nights on a girly break. the pool was heated and I had hot drinks in the main bar. - Its location was marvellous and perfect, to the restaurant above the bar, and in a good area.

Comfortable bed, spotless and fantastic rooms. Particularly good location, a short walk to everywhere
